With some welcome upgrades, users should forget what they know about the Swell skate, as its evolution is notable. The Powerslide Swell Navy 110 Skates are one of the nicest to date.

The Boot
Constructed from Powerslide’s power-knit material, the upper includes a 360° lace wrapping that hugs the foot, going a long way to extending the skate’s comfort and feeling of support. The recall memory foam makes the skate very comfortable for short to longer sessions.


The Frame
We need to add little to Powerslide’s TRINITY X mounting system that's not already known. But, if you missed it, the revolutionary three-point mounting system lowers the centre of gravity, improves power transfer, reduces road vibrations, provides balance and stability and gives more control over wheel edges. Ideal in many scenarios. Combine this with Elite Magnesium and you have a serious frame for serious performance!

The frame length differs relative to the skate size. EU38-EU41 use a 243mm frame length. The EU42-EU47 use a frame length of 270mm.


The Wheels/Bearings
Undercover RAW are some of the best wheels on the market using an ultra-high rebound urethane. Bar spending £150+ there isn’t anything better for regular use and consistent performance. Finished with Abec 9 bearings for a smooth and fast roll, the skate is topped off nicely for a premium skate with an exceptional ride.
